1. Purpose of Instruction
Our driving school is committed to providing high-quality driver education and training. Our goal is to equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to become safe and competent drivers.
Please note: While we strive to prepare students thoroughly, we do not guarantee that any student will pass their driving test. Success depends on individual performance, adherence to road rules, and the discretion of the testing authority.
2. Student Responsibilities
- Students must hold a valid learner permit or licence before commencing lessons.
- Students are responsible for attending scheduled lessons on time and notifying instructors of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
- Students must follow all instructions given by their instructor and comply with road safety regulations.
3. Fees and Cancellations
- Lesson fees must be paid in full prior to or at the time of the lesson.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Liability
- The driving school and its instructors are not liable for any fines, penalties, or accidents that occur outside of scheduled lessons.
- The school is not responsible for the outcome of any official driving test conducted by VicRoads or other licensing authorities.
5. Governing Bodies
